Built From Real-Life Experience
How Fit Fusion Began

It started with wanting to feel better. Then it became something worth sharing.

Like a lot of people, Amie and Liza have both lived through seasons when movement was easy to prioritize and seasons when life pushed it to the side. Family, work, changing bodies, energy and everyday responsibilities all changed what fitness looked like.

Their own experiences eventually led back to movement, and specifically to Reformer Pilates. What started as a personal reset became a bigger idea: bring an adaptable, low-impact way to get stronger to a community that did not have many options close to home.

A better option, close to home.

Fit Fusion opened to make that experience available in Grangeville.

What We Believe

You do not have to change your body before you start moving it.

Movement can be challenging without being punishing. Coaching can be specific without being rigid. And progress can look different from one person to the next.

Meet The Coaches

Two different stories.
One shared approach.

Their backgrounds are different, but both understand that fitness has to work in real life if it is going to last.

Amie McAllister

Breathe Certified Pilates Instructor • Health Coach

Amie’s path back to feeling stronger and more energetic led her into health coaching and eventually deeper into Pilates. She had practiced Mat and Reformer Pilates for years, taught other fitness formats, and wanted to bring a form of movement to Grangeville that could work for people across a wide range of ages and abilities.

Her coaching centers on helping clients feel capable, supported and comfortable starting where they are.

Liza Wilson

Mat + Reformer Pilates Instructor

Liza’s relationship with movement has included wildland firefighting, hiking, running, strength work, motherhood and seasons when exercise simply had to take a back seat. Reformer Pilates gave her a low-impact way to feel strong again without ignoring the realities of changing joints, energy and family life.

She brings a real-life perspective and helps people find movement that works for their own bodies, not somebody else’s.

More Than The Equipment

The Reformer may get people through the door. The experience keeps them coming back.

Fit Fusion is intentionally small. Eight reformers means coaching can stay personal, people can get to know one another, and the studio can feel less like a crowded fitness facility and more like a place where you are expected and welcomed.
